1. Policy Statement

At Shock Busters, our operational strength relies on the technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and practical safety standards of our field team.
We commit to annual workforce upskilling, continually increasing our team’s knowledge, and expanding our technical capabilities to ensure our testing, inspection, and maintenance practices consistently deliver value to our customers while meeting Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3760, AS 1851, and AS 3786 / NCC).

2. Annual Upskilling & Training Partners

  • Accredited RTO Enrollment: We enroll our team members with accredited Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), such as Axiom Compliance Learning, to gain additional recognized qualifications across electrical safety, fire protection, and compliance auditing.
  • Expanding Operational Knowledge: Shock Busters commits each year to increasing our team’s core competencies and broadening our technical skills, directly benefiting our technicians’ professional growth and providing enhanced service quality for our clients.
  • Core Service Standards: Ongoing skill development directly supports our core field operations, including portable appliance testing (PAT), emergency lighting discharge testing and maintenance, fire extinguisher and hose reel inspections, and smoke alarm testing – while actively expanding our technical capabilities into other key fire safety devices and fire protection systems.
  • WHS & Site Safety Skills: Continuous training emphasizes practical site safety, including height safety, risk assessment protocols, chemical safety, and safe manual handling.

3. Independent Peer Network & Knowledge Sharing

  • Trusted Peer Provider Network: Shock Busters is actively building and engaging with a collaborative network of trusted, independent safety and compliance operators across NSW and QLD.
  • Collaborative Skill & Experience Sharing: We regularly connect with fellow independent providers to share real-world field experience, discuss emerging compliance or technical challenges, and exchange practical testing insights – increasing the collective knowledge and technical expertise of both our team and our peer network.

4. Quality Assurance & Field Inspections

By combining formal accredited training with an active industry knowledge network, Shock Busters ensures that every customer asset register, safety audit, and field inspection is executed by competent, well-trained technicians using modern methods and calibrated equipment.
