This policy applies to Shock Busters management, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, and representatives across all jobsites, premises, and client locations in NSW, ACT, and QLD.

4. Workplace & Site Conduct
All personnel operating under the Shock Busters brand must:

- Maintain high standards of professional integrity and technical safety at all times.
5. Issue Resolution & Contact
- Direct Resolution: Any team member, sub-contractor, or client with concerns regarding workplace conduct or discriminatory behavior should contact Shock Busters management directly.
- Fair Handling: All raised concerns are handled promptly, respectfully, and confidentially.
- Protection against Retaliation: No individual will face adverse action for raising a concern or reporting discriminatory behavior in good faith.
